Cherie’s unique blend of academic, research, business, and non-profit experience bring a diverse viewpoint to the MRG SAP recruiting team. Before joining MRG, Cherie was the Vice President of Research and Client Services for Customer Relationship Metrics, a research consulting firm based out of the Metro Washington, DC area. There, she provided over 20 clients with managed research services to conduct scientifically valid Voice of the Customer programs that utilize automated survey solutions to measure service delivery.
Prior to joining Metrics, she was the Director of Research at SOCAP International (previously the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in business), an international non-profit organization for customer care executives. In this position, she designed and implemented several large-scale studies, served as an internal customer care expert to SOCAP members and was featured in several national news articles on customer care centers, journal articles and conferences.
Cherie has also spent several years in the academic environment both teaching and performing research in consumer behavior, customer satisfaction and Internet marketing. She also spent time at Maastricht University in the Netherlands on the faculty and as a Project Director for MAXX (Maastricht Academic Center for Research in Services).
Cherie received her Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior from Purdue University, her Master’s from Syracuse University and has a B.A in Sociology from Trenton State College. |
