Cheralynn is responsible for the planning and implementation of Six Sigma efforts for Pivotal's global clients. As Account Team Leader for Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, adidas-Soloman and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, she works directly with clients on implementation planning, goal definition and service delivery throughout the world. In addition, in her role as Vice President, she is responsible for continually evaluating the effectiveness of Pivotal's entire range of products and services and in recruiting new consultants. She coordinates ongoing process management & improvement efforts to ensure our services are effectively meeting client needs and driving business results.
Cheralynn has been involved in process improvement throughout her career. She started her career with drug-testing laboratory where she guided documentation and improvement of the lab's standard operating procedures (a core element to ensure credible testing results). In that role, she was responsible for assessment of current processes, development of new procedures and roll-out of those procedures to key laboratory staff. She also spent five years in the software industry as a training and marketing specialist. She was responsible for the development and delivery of training & consulting services for a suite of software tools. She provided various other client services for key accounts was heavily involved with new product strategies and development. In addition, she negotiated with and established strategic alliances domestically and abroad. |
