Ms. Baldwin, a founding member of Cornerstone, joined the Company as the Vice President of Finance in August 2004. Ms. Baldwin’s responsibilities at the Company include financial policies, reporting and analysis, treasury and cash management, credit and collections, insurance, and tax. Prior to Cornerstone, Ms. Baldwin served as Vice President of Finance for Carolina Pharmaceuticals from January 2004 to August 2004. Ms. Baldwin also held the positions of Director of Finance and Director of Accounting with Biovail Pharmaceuticals Inc., the domestic sales and marketing division of Biovail Corporation, from February 2001 to January 2004. Ms. Baldwin has more than 16 years of progressive and diversified experience in finance, accounting and administration within the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, real estate, construction, retail, manufacturing, and public accounting industries. Ms. Baldwin holds a Masters of Accounting and BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. |
