Mr. Lau has over 10 years experience working within the construction claims industry. He has analyzed claims for a wide variety of projects located both domestically and internationally, including sewage treatment plants, piping and sanitation repair, and construction management. He has a Master s degree in Construction Management from Purdue University, a Bachelor s degree in Building with training as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor from the National University of Singapore, and is a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC). Mr. Lau also taught Construction Accounting at Purdue University while pursuing his Master s degree and served in the Singapore military, where he received combat and leadership training.
