Chelo Carter Garcia provides counsel in real estate and mortgage lending law, including in the acquisition, development, disposition and financing of retail, industrial, office, multi-family, healthcare and hospitality properties. She is currently a member of the Firm’s general counsel for the North Texas Tollway Authority and has prepared contracts of sale, deeds, easement agreements, and related documents in connection with the Dallas North Tollway and Segment IV of the President George Bush Turnpike.
