Charon Navasanian coordinates the administration of property managementfor Main Street Property Services, Inc. and is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the properties Main Street manages. She acts on behalf of the owners to represent their interest in lease administration and property management. Ms. Navasanian works on-site often to ensure that the properties managed by Main Street Property Services, Inc. are maintained to the highest possible standards.Ms. Navasanian continuously coordinates with the leasing and marketing departments in order to position her projects and maintain the satisfaction of the tenants in her portfolio. Ms. Navasanian has been successful in retaining tenants to reduce roll over, while continuously evaluating the performance of the tenants for opportunities to add value to her projects. Her high standards ensure that the retail and restaurant tenants maximize their performance and exceed the expectations of clients with the greatest pride of ownership.Currently, Ms. Navasanian oversees operations at 300/310 Main Street in Downtown Pleasanton; 349 Main Street also in Downtown Pleasanton; Bel Aire Plaza in Napa; One Camino Sobrante in Orinda; and One Orinda Way also in Orinda.Prior to her appointment as Property Administrator, Ms. Navasanian worked in office management for Main Street Retail Services for over three years. As Office Manager, Ms. Navasanian managed such activities as leasing, property management, and accounting.
