Charlyn Slade brings an extensive healthcare operations background to CarePages, Inc., iincluding experience in nonprofit hospitals as well as managed care operations, program development, business planning, project management, facility modernization, and customer service. Charlyn is a results oriented leader with particular expertise in the area of maternal and child health.

Prior to CarePages, Charlyn served as Vice President of Corporate Relations at Adesso Healthcare Technology Services, where she was responsible for establishing and executing the strategies for network development and network management ensuring strong positive relationships with payors, physicians and administrators.

As the Vice President of Operations for Paidos Health Management Services, a company specializing in disease management of the neonatal population, Charlyn directed the operations of medical services, provider relations and quality management departments. She participated in contract negotiations with managed care organizations in 9 states covering 1.5 million lives with projected revenues of $39 million. Charlyn also acted as an independent consultant for many clients, including Argus Associates, Inc. and Paidos Healthcare, Inc. Prior to consulting, Charlyn was the Administrator of Women's and Children's Services at Lutheran General Hospital, a 700-bed teaching hospital located in the Chicago area. Here she partnered extensively with the physician leaders to develop new programs and assure high quality patient care.

Charlyn is certified by NAACOG and ANA for excellence in the Practice of Neonatal Nursing and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois.
