Charlotte Pelton serves as President of The Waters Pelton Organization, Inc., a national marketing, planning and fund raising consulting firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and with regional offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, and Sacramento.
As a principal of the firm, Ms. Pelton is responsible for all marketing and research activities, and also manages a variety of the firm's projects in the education, cultural, social service and environmental arenas. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning, Ms. Pelton worked for major corporations in the insurance, hospitality and utility industries, including Holiday Inns, Inc. and Florida Power and Light Company. Upon moving to Palm Beach County in 1990, Ms. Pelton gained extensive non-profit experience, serving as the Palm Beach County Cultural Council's COO and Director of Marketing Services.
Ms. Pelton is a member of MENSA, the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and Executive Women of the Palm Beaches (EWPB), where she serves on its Board of Directors and as Chair of Executive Women Outreach (EWO), the charitable foundation of EWPB. She also serves on the board of the West Palm Beach Library Foundation, and on the advisory boards of the Arthur R. Marshall Foundation and Pura Vida Missions Inc.
Ms. Pelton resides in Palm Beach Gardens.
