Charlotte Azurdia is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She is a member of the Corporate Department. Her experience covers a broad range of corporate and corporate finance matters, concentrating her practice primarily on capital markets transactions with particular emphasis on equity offerings. The companies, which are both investment companies, had identical management structures, significant cross shareholdings and each was fully listed on the London Stock Exchange
Advising Numis Securities Limited, as sole underwriter and financial adviser, on the £43 million placing and open offer of over 133 million shares in Chaucer Holdings
Advising Teather & Greenwood, as nominated adviser and broker, on the admission of Immedia Broadcasting to AIM
Advising Britannia Living Limited and Graphite Capital Management Limited on a £22.3 million recommended cash offer by Altium Capital Limited on behalf of Britannia Living Limited for The Range Cooker Company, an AIM listed company. The offer is a management buy out supported by a mixture of private equity finance and debt financing
