Charlotte is a member of the firm's corporate law section. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, intellectual property licensing and general corporate and business issues for a variety of corporate clients. She joined the firm in 1996 and has worked with a range of technology-based companies in all stages of development.
Charlotte received her B.A. in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University where she served as an editor on the Wake Forest Law Review. |
