Charlnette ("Chanet") Richard is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, employment, commercial, and other areas of litigation. Prior to joining Miller & Martin, she served as Staff Counsel for a major insurance company defending the insurance company and its insured policyholders in product liability, workers' compensation, premises liability, personal injury, and food contamination, to name a few. She has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated countless cases where she has represented individual and corporate clients. She has extensive trial experience with jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations, and has received defense verdicts in all 3 areas.
