Charlie Huiner was appointed Vice President of Corporate Development in November 2006, which includes responsibility for business development, corporate finance and investor relations. Before Isolagen, Charlie had similar responsibilities as Senior Director, Corporate Development and Strategy at Inamed Corporation, a position he assumed in 2003. Prior to Inamed, Charlie was a director at Bordeaux Capital, a boutique financial and strategic advisory firm. Before joining Bordeaux, Charlie held investment and management positions at Security Capital Group and its operating affiliates from 1998 to 2001 including most recently Chief Financial Officer of PhatPipe, Inc. and before that Director of Corporate Development for ProLogis Trust. Charlie received his MBA in finance and marketing with a concentration in healthcare management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School and his BA from Williams College.
