Charlie Hill is Partsearch's Vice President of Product Management, where he is responsible for product development, project greenlighting management and product strategy. Mr. Hill has over 12 years of experience in launching new products, setting business strategies and optimizing business processes, as both an industry manager and consultant. Prior to joining Partsearch he was a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the start-up of a new Growth and Innovation strategy consulting practice based on disruptive innovation theory. In this role, he led his clients in creating effective New Product Development processes and in choosing the best new markets for their products. His clients included Johnson & Johnson, CSFB, Merck, and Merrill Lynch. Prior to Deloitte, Mr. Hill was head of Brand Management for a local-search dot.com startup called Virtuacities, which developed a city-based, virtual-reality search engine product. Prior to this, Mr. Hill was a Brand Manager at Activision, a $1.4 billion software entertainment publisher, where he launched and marketed several computer game products and helped senior management to develop the company's strategy. Mr. Hill holds a BA from Princeton University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
