Tenure with Crosland: Since 1994 Professional Experience In his role as Regional Property Manager, Charlie directs the operations and management of nine communities in Crosland’s apartment portfolio. He is responsible for Cranbrook at Biltmore Park, located in Asheville, North Carolina, Atkins Circle, four communities at Arbor Glen, Nia Point, Springfield Gardens and Worthington Apartments, all located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining Crosland, he was Director of Planning and Development for the Charlotte Housing Authority. Charlie has also served as a vice president in the Income Property division of First Union Mortgage Corporation and was a multi-family loan officer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
