Charlie Hancock has more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Previous to RBN, Hancock has held numerous positions in sales and services management at Accelight Networks, Sycamore Networks, Marconi Communications, FORE Systems and Hughes LAN Systems. While at Accelight Hancock built and led the Sales Support and Customer Service Organizations as well as led the Federal Sales initiative. At Sycamore Networks as part of the National Account Management team, he was responsible for overall technical account management targeting the service provider space. During his tenure with Marconi, Hancock built and led a successful Professional Services operation and Partner Program for Marconi in the Central US. This practice exists today and continues to be profitable. Hancock holds a BSEE from Control Data Institute. |
