Charlie Gugliuzza has served as our Director since August 18, 2006. Mr. Gugliuzza has served as our President since September 7, 2006. From May 2006 until September 2006, Mr. Gugliuzza was employed as a consultant with Olive Tree Consulting. Prior to this position, Mr. Gugliuzza was the Chief Executive Officer of American Power Supplies from February 2004 to April 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Battery Biz from January 2002 until January 2004. Mr Gugliuzza also served as the Chief Operating Officer of eBatts.com from January 1999 to December 2001. Mr. Gugliuzza received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Irvine, and his J.D. from the University of Loyola Los Angeles. |
