Charlie Furman joined SeverCorr in February, 2006 as Human Resources Manager. Furman had a 29 year career with Bethlehem Steel, serving in multiple locations in a broad range of human resource functions with a concentration in employee relations. He ended his tenure after directing the full scope of HR functions while Manager of Human Resources at Bethlehem’s Burns Harbor, Indiana facility. Furman has also consulted in employee benefits plans and human resource/business process integrations for merging businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University. A native of Valparaiso, Indiana, Furman was born in Buffalo, New York. |
