Charlie Falco, is vice president - customer service operations for Verizon Wireless, overseeing the company’s national customer service operations. Prior to this position, Charlie was the vice president - south area customer service. Falco has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, including 14 years of telecommunications experience and over 10 years in wireless. He began his career in 1994 in Financial Services for one of Verizon Wireless’ predecessor companies and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the customer service area.
