Charlie Ydoate is responsible for all billing and customer care sales for CSG’s Caribbean and Latin America region.
With nearly a decade of experience with the Kenan product suite, Ydoate first served as a business development manager for Latin America and was responsible for launching the comprehensive sales effort in the region. Under his leadership, Kenan Systems signed more than 22 contracts across 12 countries, establishing Kenan as the leader in market share for the region. Based on this success, Ydoate has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Latin America telecom industry; particularly the industry’s billing and customer care needs.
Previously, Ydoate worked as a sales executive for several technology firms in the United States, including IBM. He has also worked as a licensed civil engineer with Bechtel, where he designed several international projects.
Ydoate has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s of business administration from the University of Michigan. In addition, he is a certified professional civil engineer.
