Mr. Waldron joined the Macerich Company in 1978. He has achieved the designation of SCSM (Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager) from the International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves that organization as a member of the CSM Committee. He is responsible for all aspects of Property Management for the portfolio which include the supervision of 4 Vice Presidents of Property Management. Additionally he supervises the Sr. VP of Business Initiatives the VP of Strategic Sponsorship the VP of Security and the VP of Energy Management.
