Charles Verbisky, Esq. has been affiliated with The Mercator Group since 2000 having provided legal services to clients including EquipNet Direct and Optometrics. Chuck has over 15 years experience as an attorney, as well as prior experience as a computer programmer and systems analyst. For the past 6 years, Chuck has been operating an independent law practice, concentrating in the representation of high technology enterprises of all sizes, in Massachusetts, the United States and overseas. Prior to commencing his own practice, Chuck was in private practice and then served as in-house counsel for Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, a division of Siemens Corporation, for approximately 6 years. Chuck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from Suffolk University School of Law, where he served as both a staff member and editor of the Suffolk Law Review.
