Charles Tseng is President of Asia/Pacific for Korn/Ferry International, responsible for overseeing the firm's operations in Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Tseng was with another leading executive search firm for more than 12 years, where he was the Managing Partner for South East Asia and a member of the firm's board of directors practice. He began his career with the Ford Motor Company, holding a series of positions in engineering, manufacturing and marketing. Mr. Tseng later moved to Cold Storage, a leading food and retail company in South East Asia, as Group General Manager. He is a former board director of Jusco Malaysia, the largest retailer in Malaysia, and a fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He earned a degree in engineering from the University of Melbourne in Australia and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
