Charles Troutman is senior vice president and chief information officer for U.S. Central. In this role, he oversees efforts to build and support a full range of technology solutions, directs the delivery of information systems services, and provides strategic leadership in investments and other decisions relating to U.S. Central’s information systems and resources. Mr. Troutman began working with U.S. Central in April 2002 as a consultant, providing expertise and guidance for several key areas within the information services division. In February 2003, he was named interim chief information officer and in May 2003, he accepted the permanent position of senior vice president, chief information officer. |
