Mr. Ramey became CEO of UDW in December, 2001. Mr. Ramey's prior executive experience includes the position of President and co-founder of PaymentNet, which was acquired by Verisign, and Chairman, President and CEO of Multidata Corporation, a developer of mission critical software for business applications. Prior to Multidata, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Dataquest Inc., a leading technology market research company. Mr. Ramey graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. |
