With over two decades of hands-on, executive experience in the real estate development industry, Charles Quarles has established a reputation for his rock-solid business acumen as well as his comprehensive expertise in developing successful urban infill communities. Prior to establishing The Bedford Group, Mr. Quarles held accounting and management positions with several financial and construction firms. In addition, during the 1970’s he also acted as President of his father’s construction firm, EAC Construction. Mr. Quarles received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles before earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University. |
