Bringing more than 15 years of financial management experience to Omnilink, Charles Pearson is responsible for managing the company's finance, human resources and administrative functions. Prior to Omnilink, Mr. Pearson was Regional Controller with MarineMax (NYSE:HZO), where he successfully transformed the accounting and administration department during a period of 40% annual same store growth. He has also served as Controller for Datatrac Corporation, where he was responsible for business and cash flow forecasting, banking and investor relations, and management of the accounting and administrative functions. Mr. Pearson was also VP Finance for Manteca Enterprises, a regional transportation company, until it was successfully sold to CD&L (AMEX:CDV). He was responsible for merger and acquisition decision analysis and due diligence, and during his tenure the company experienced a 400% revenue gain through a combination of acquisitions, mergers and internal growth. Charles holds a B.S. in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
