Charles delivers Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller’s investment banking services to the property-casualty insurance marketplace, focusing in particular on providing M&A advisory services to managing general agents and program managers. He has extensive experience working with U.S. property-casualty businesses. Immediately prior to joining FPKCCW, Charles served four years as President of Primary Group’s U.S. operations, building the franchise through the successful acquisition of several insurance distribution businesses. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Ballantyne McKean & Sullivan, where he helped start the firm’s U.S. Program division and later served as Chairman. |
