Charles Nganga is Vice President responsible for Information Technology at Signal Hill. He has eight years of Information Technology experience in systems analysis, support and management. Prior to joining Signal Hill, he was a Systems Manager for Fannie Mae responsible for system analysis and trading floor support. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Nganga was a Systems Analyst at Wachovia Securities supporting the trading floor and equity capital markets department. He began his career at Legg Mason Funds Management, where he provided technology support to the portfolio management team and trading floor. Mr. Nganga earned his BS degree in Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore, Maryland.
