He has developed and led major initiatives that have delivered industry wide customer service and revenue producing programs for the convention and sporting industry including entire company wide identity programs, specialized training programs and creative use of technology to deliver a better foodservice experience. As a trained chef, his work experience has always been a part of the food service industry where he has served positions ranging from Corporate Sales Director for the Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia Dome to serving as General Manager, Marketing Director and Business Development Director for Centerplate for thirteen years. He has opened convention centers, stadiums, and arenas and assisted in the development of operation, marketing, and business plans that have turned around sluggish performance.
