Charles is Co-founder and Executive Vice President (EVP) of OMS, as well as serving as a Board Member of OMS. As EVP, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership in training and development, human resources, compliance, policies and procedures, and vendor relations. In addition, Charles oversees OMS’ quality assurance program where he is tasked with ensuring that OMS is compliant with client requirements.
Charles has held a variety of key management positions over his 14 year career, which started at RHP Associates. Prior to his current responsibilities, Charles managed the company’s overall collection processes and has played a critical role in OMS’ operational growth and development. Charles has been recognized as part of the Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals for 2007. Charles is profiled in the Agency Focus section of Collection Advisor magazine December 2007. Charles received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University. |
