Mr. Birsic, a 1975 graduate of Notre Dame University with a B.A. in Philosophy, received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1978. Prior to joining the former Aloe Holding Company, Mr. Birsic was engaged in the private practice of law with Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and several different law firms. Mr. Birsic then moved into a series of positions with Aloe Holding Company and its subsidiaries with responsibilities primarily for legal and insurance matters. In 1997, Mr. Birsic became the Vice President of Legal Affairs for Shenango Incorporated. Effective April 1, 2000, Mr. Birsic assumed his current position with additional responsibility for Shenango’s health, safety, and environmental matters. In addition, Mr. Birsic serves as the Secretary for the corporation. |
