Charles DeLeon is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of GTSI. In this capacity, he provides advice and counsel on all legal matters affecting GTSI and reports directly to Jim Leto, GTSI's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. DeLeon has spent nearly 15 years as legal counsel in the corporate environment in both the public and private sectors. Before joining GTSI Corp., he served as General Counsel for CyBiz, Inc., a software firm, where he was responsible for all legal issues. Prior to CyBiz, he served as senior counsel for PSINet Inc., and Counsel, Federal Contracts at EDS, a government systems integrator.
Mr. De Leon is a former Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army and an intelligence specialist for U.S. Army INSCOM. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from George Mason University and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University National Law Center. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association as well as the American Small Business Council.
With a focus and expertise in government contract law, Mr. DeLeon speaks at various legal forums, including the American Bar Association Annual Meeting and various seminars. |
