Charles Boesenberg has served as one of our directors since September 2006. He was most recently chairman and CEO of NetIQ before it was acquired by Attachmate Corporation in June 2006. Prior to NetIQ Boesenberg was president of Post PC Ventures a management and investment group from March 2000 to December 2001. Boesenberg was president and CEO of Integrated Systems Inc. (ISI) a provider of embedded systems software from 1998 until ISI merged with Wind River Systems in February of 2000. Boesenberg joined ISI from Magellan where he was CEO. From 1992 to 1994 Boesenberg was chairman president and CEO of Central Point Software. Prior to Central Point Boesenberg was president of MIPS Computer Systems. He has also held senior executive positions at IBM and Apple computer.
Boesenberg currently serves on the boards of directors of Callidus Software Interwoven Inc. and Rackable Systems. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Rose Hullman Institute of Technology and an M.S. in business administration from Boston University.
