Charles Westland is Of Counsel in the Litigation Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Mr. Westland has extensive experience in antitrust and trade regulation and pre-merger notification matters. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester, the University of Chicago, where he received his M.A., and New York University, where he received his law degree.
