Charles Forlidas concentrates his practice in the areas of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and intellectual property litigation. He also works with clients in the areas of franchising, distribution, and franchise/distribution litigation. He has been involved in organizing start-up franchises, including the development of franchise agreements and disclosure compliance programs. Mr. Forlidas has assisted in the administration of trademarks, patent prosecution, and intellectual property litigation for well known name brands owned by public and private, national and international companies. He has also assisted in providing intellectual property services including successful patent litigation for an international manufacturer of golf clubs and golf-related products. Mr. Forlidas works with corporate lawyers with respect to intellectual property issues related to mergers and acquisitions of businesses.
