Charles W. Calomiris, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company and the bank. Mr. Calomiris is currently the Henry Kaufman Professor of Finance and Economics at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a professor at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia. During
the last five years he has served as a consultant to the Federal Reserve Board as well as to Federal Reserve Banks and the World Bank, to the governments of states and foreign countries and to major U. S. corporations.
