Experience: Partner in law firm, Macleod Dixon LLP; practices in the corporate/commercial area. Extensive experience in Canadian oil and gas, mining, technology and other commercial transactions, as well as going public, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing. Significant international resources transactions in Europe, Africa, South and Central America, Australia, Indonesia and other countries. Was a full-credit lecturer at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Management and authored several papers. Director of several other TSX and TSX Venture companies and private resource and technology companies.
