Charles R. Moser, a Brenham resident, is editor and publisher of the Brenham Banner-Press and is president of Cuero Newspapers, Inc., which publishes newspapers in Cuero and Yorktown. He is past president of the Brazos River Authority, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Trinity Medical Center of Brenham, Economic Development Foundation of Brenham and Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park Association. He is also a member of the Tributary League, which supports the Colorado River Foundation. Moser serves as a director of the Texas Daily Newspaper Association. Gov. Rick Perry appointed him to the LCRA Board in 2001 for a term that expires in 2007. Moser is a graduate of Sam Houston University and a former member of the alumni board, and currently serves on the College of Business Administration Advisory Board. |
