On October 24, 2007, the Board of Directors of DXP Enterprises, Inc. elected Charles R. Strader to be a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Strader serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Precision Industries, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DXP Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Strader has served in this position with Precision since 2005. Mr. Strader served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Precision from 1999 to 2005.
