Mr. Schaller has been a Director since our inception in 1987, and was Chairman of our Board of Directors from our inception until May 18, 1997. Since 1989, Mr. Schaller has been a chemical industry management consultant and, until June 2002, he served as a director of AstroPower, Inc., a publicly traded U.S. manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV)products. Mr. Schaller is a graduate of Yale University and is a graduate of the program in management development at Harvard Business School. |
