Charles Morgan has a demonstrated record of strong business judgment combined with a breadth of legal expertise in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, government investigations and Sarbanes-Oxley. Morgan is a frequent lecturer on e-discovery, records management, compliance, attorney-client privilege, and methods of reducing legal costs. Morgan is the Chair of the eDiscovery Committee of the CPR International Institute of Dispute Resolution, the Chair of the Technology Subcommittee of the ABA Trial Evidence Committee and is the founder of the Corporate eDiscovery Forum. Prior to ONSITE3, Morgan was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of BellSouth Corporation where he directed all legal affairs of the company. Prior to BellSouth, Morgan was a partner with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw. Morgan has also served as General Counsel for Chiquita Brands International, Inc. and as Senior Corporate Counsel of Kraft, Inc. Morgan has a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina. |
