Mr. Marvin protects his clients' rights and helps them realize their expectations throughout the government procurement solicitation and award process, by analyzing draft and final solicitation provisions, by prosecuting and defending bid protests, and by negotiating and resolving issues and disputes, whether arising with the government or with the client's prime contractor or subcontractor. Mr. Marvin has represented clients in bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office, and in claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and federal agency boards of contract appeals.
