Mr. Ledbetter was born in Greenville, South Carolina and received his undergraduate degree in 1983 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1985 both from the University of Denver. His practice is largely devoted to construction-related litigation. He has handled a wide variety of construction cases for property owners, home builders, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, construction equipment and materials manufacturers, testing laboratories, and rental equipment companies. He has also defended a number of construction-related personal injury cases. Over the last ten years, Mr. Ledbetter has successfully litigated a number of significant cases arising from the construction of the Denver International Airport. He has also defended several large class action suits involving construction materials. Mr. Ledbetter is a contributing editor and author to The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Construction Law, published by CLE In Colorado, Inc. Mr. Ledbetter also does products liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. |
