Charles P. Kuczynski has served as a Vice-President, Director and Secretary of Alfa between 1988 and 1993 and from 1996 to the present. Mr. Kuczynski was employed as Vice-President of Sales for Ty-Breakers from 1993 until its acquisition by Alfa in 1997. Mr. Kuczynski is the inventor of KENSEL, and a patent for KENSEL was issued in his name in September 1992, which patent subsequently was assigned to Ty-Breakers. He also serves as the President, Secretary and a Director of Ty-Breakers and the Vice- President, Secretary and a Director of Contact. |
