Charles P. Cooley is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Lubrizol Corporation a Fortune 500 company that provides innovative specialty chemicals and technologies for global transportation industrial and consumer markets. Mr. Cooley has had a distinguished career with increasing levels of financial experience for several international companies. He joined Lubrizol in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. He also served as Treasurer from 1998 to September 2001. He was named Senior Vice President
in 2004. Prior to joining Lubrizol he held positions with the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. and his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire. He was elected to the Modine Board of Directors on
