Charles O. Boyles joined Alphatec Spine as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller in January 2007. Prior to Alphatec, Mr. Boyles was Vice President, Controller of the Medical Products Division of Teleflex Medical, Inc., a publicly held international manufacturer of airway management, catheters and humidification medical products and Corporate Controller of Hudson RCI, a privately held international manufacturer of airway management and humidification medical devices that was acquired by Teleflex Medical, Inc. He also held the positions of Corporate Controller of 24 Fitness, Inc. and Director of Internal Audit for Fortune Brands. Mr. Boyles is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.B.A. from James Madison University. |
