Mr. Eckert is a director of Fairmount Partners with over 30 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as managing director at Shipley Raidy Capital Partners, LP; vice president at CoreStates Investment Banking (and its predecessor Philadelphia Capital Advisors); senior financing specialist at Sun Company, Inc.; and treasury coordinator at Conoco, Inc. Chuck specializes in structuring leveraged acquisitions and buyouts, arranging debt and equity financings and handling merger and acquisition transactions. He works with clients in a broad range of industries involved in the producing, processing, packaging and/or retailing of consumer goods (e.g., apparel, food and pharmaceuticals) as well as the manufacturing of industrial products (e.g., chemicals, controls, fasteners and filters). Chuck holds an MBA degree from Stanford University with a concentration in finance and a BA degree from Wesleyan University with a major in economics. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. |
