Chip Davis serves as Managing Director and Head of the Technology Group at Sanders Morris Harris. He is a General Partner of SMH Private Equity Group. Mr. Davis joined Sanders Morris Harris in 1991 and specializes in investing of software companies and networking equipment and service providers. Mr. Davis is currently a board member or board observer of several companies including: NovusEdge, Wayport, Syntex Management Systems, RigNet, World Telemetry, CPO Commerce, and Lombardi Software and previously worked with such companies as InfoCure, Tyler Technologies, IndX Software, and Baseball Express. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. |
