Mr. Biggs became a director in May 2004 and serves as chairman of the company's compensation committee. Mr. Biggs was a consultant for Deloitte Consulting, a professional services firm that provides assurance and advisory, tax and management consulting services, from 1968 until his retirement in November 2002. At Deloitte, he held various management positions, including National Director of Strategy Services for Deloitte’s strategy arm and chairman of Deloitte/Holt Value Associates. He has served as a director of Qwest Communications International Inc. since February 2004 and is a member of their audit committee. He is also on the advisory committee of CABC, a technology firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Biggs earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Management from Kent State University
