Charles L. Hall is vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Lyondell Chemical Company. He is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, internal financial controls, and business performance analysis and reporting.
Hall came to Lyondell from BP (formerly BP Amoco) in Chicago, where he served 16 years in a variety of financial roles, including general manager, Accounting and Reporting, for BP Amoco’s North American operations; controller of Amoco Chemical Company and assistant controller of Amoco Corporation. Prior to his service with BP, Hall spent 10 years with Arthur Young & Company in Kansas City.
A Certified Public Accountant, he attended the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics, a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business and accounting. Hall is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC). |
